Thank you for shopping with Embrace Your Faith. Every canvas is printed and made to order just for you, so please allow time for production as well as shipping.

Processing time
Orders are printed, stretched and quality-checked within 3-4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Shipping times
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: [3–7] business days
  • Canada: [5–10] business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: [5–10] business days
  • Australia & rest of world: [7–15] business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen during holidays, peak seasons, or because of carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Damaged or incorrect items
We pack every canvas carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at officialembraceyourfaith@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, or your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help make it right.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away, since we can update the address before your order goes into production.
